I am aware that if I have instant payment setup through PayPal then the customer sees two separate payments at checkout. One for the vendor and the other a commission to the website. If I choose to do scheduled pay or manual then it only shows one recipient at checkout. This is how it should be.
My question is- If I choose to do scheduled pay, which means I am receiving the entire payment, keeping a small commission and then distributing the rest to the vendor, am I charged the 2.9% PayPal fee on the entire amount? Or am I just charged for the amount of commission I keep and then the vendor charged 2.9% for the amount they receive?

You will be charged for the full amount, I believe. The Vendors will likely also be charged for the amount they receive.So if instead I have instant pay enabled which has the customer send two payments when checking out (one to the vendor and one to the website) would I incur a PayPal fee of the full amount? Or just a fee on the commission that I am receiving?
