NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi guys,

    I’m writing here as I haven’t found any contact form or email address on this site.

    I have some pre sale questions:
    * May I sell some products not associated to any vendor?
    * If the Feature where User can add to Cart only Products associated with same Vendors is ON, may you still add to cart products not associated to any vendor?
    * If the Feature where User can add to Cart only Products associated with same Vendors is OFF, the shipping cost is calculated per every vendor involved in the cart? For ex.: if shipping cost is 2 €, and the cart includes products from three vendors, the total shipping cost will be 2 € or 6 € (that is 2 € X 3 vendor)?
    * If Feature where User can add to Cart only Products associated with same Vendors is OFF, the minimum order value is enforced per every vendor involved in the cart? For ex.: if the minimum order value is 10 € and the cart includes products from three vendors, the minimum order value will be 10 € or 30 € (that is 10 € x 3 vendors)?

    May I sell some products not associated to any vendor?
    Yes.

    * If the Feature where User can add to Cart only Products associated with same Vendors is ON, may you still add to cart products not associated to any vendor?
    This is not a feature of WC Vendors Free or Pro, but you could code it if you wanted to. It’d be a checkout filter of some sort.

    * If the Feature where User can add to Cart only Products associated with same Vendors is OFF, the shipping cost is calculated per every vendor involved in the cart? For ex.: if shipping cost is 2 €, and the cart includes products from three vendors, the total shipping cost will be 2 € or 6 € (that is 2 € X 3 vendor)?
    For shipping, each vendors products are calculated individually for shipping. If Vendor A and Vendor B both have shipping costs on a product, they are added together.

    * If Feature where User can add to Cart only Products associated with same Vendors is OFF, the minimum order value is enforced per every vendor involved in the cart? For ex.: if the minimum order value is 10 € and the cart includes products from three vendors, the minimum order value will be 10 € or 30 € (that is 10 € x 3 vendors)?
    If you’re using code to require a minimum order amount, that goes based on the cart totals, and as such, would not matter if it’s one vendors products or 5 vendors products, as long as the cart total is greater than $10 in your example.

    For shipping, each vendors products are calculated individually for shipping. If Vendor A and Vendor B both have shipping costs on a product, they are added together.

    I meant having a delivery fee for every vendor involved in the order. For example:
    – if there is one vendors, shipping cost must be 2 € regardless of the number or quantity of items
    – if there are two vendors, shipping cost must be 4 € regardless of the number or quantity of items
    – if there are three vendors, shipping cost must be 6 € regardless of the number or quantity of items

    I solved with the compatible plugin WC Multiple Packages (https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/compatible-plugins/) that offers precisely this feature.
