A product can only be assigned to one vendor at a time.
You could duplicate a product, though, and assign the duplicated product to a different vendor.Hi Jack,

no I need this: the site is a wireless internet provider that sell subscriptions, has a lot of private resellers/installers that also install the antennas for the company.
I want create their personal stores that re-sell the same product of the company and after I will integrate an affiliate program also so I need a plugin that allow me to consider resellers like sales representative or similar
Oh I see, then Anna’s suggestion is probably the way to go if you want to use WCV.
But is WCV the most adequate solution ? If the resellers are to promote the products of the WIP but still put themselves forward, then maybe they need their own stores where to refer their customers. I am thinking about WPMS here.
yes the idea was to at the beginning sell the products of the company and after they can put their products and company hold a commission on that,

After some thought, here is how I see it:
You should probably avoid duplicating products in the same site, it would just clutter it and confuse buyers. This means that you will have one set of products owned by a single user/vendor representing the marketplace operator (WIP) and the resellers would just refer clients to the website and take their referral commission + they will have the ability to sell their own services and products. The main issue that could arise here is if the resellers market the products mainly offline which will give them difficulty in claiming their referral share.
In a WPMS setup, you would have to duplicate the set of products to all the resellers’ subsites which means more management burden for you (if you have a lot of resellers) when you add or update a product, unless you automate it.
exactly I’m checking also woo commerce product vendors that give the ability to assign same products to multiple vendors, if I’m able to have the main store of the company with his products(and not list the vendors product or in the future add the resellers property product) and in resellers stores their company products I will reach my goal.
Since version 2, WooCommerce Product Vendors no longer allows assigning multiple vendors to the same product.
