The sales report on the pro dashboard only show stats from the current day not matter what other timeframes I have selected. I recently bought and upgraded my Pro version from a very old pro version I was running prior. The old version was reporting correctly.

I am not sure if this is going to be related to your stats issue or not, but ALL of those outdated templates for WooCommerce that you have overridden in your theme are going to need to be updated. WooCommerce 3.0+ is a major update and they changed a lot- so those templates will need updating.For the stats- please deactivate all plugins (you are running 53) except WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro, and see if it works properly.
