Hello,
Are you both using the Marketica theme?
If you switch to Storefront theme temporarily, does this still occur? https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/Switching to the storefront theme gives the same results. The Pro dashboard results in a blank page.

I attempted to login as admin and see your system status, as well and try to debug.
I could not even get the system status page to load.
You need to work on your hosting , server– get a clean working install before we can begin to debug this issue.Hi Anna. I do not have an admin account called “admin” Try the following credentials.

I was able to login (I did use the support admin account), but the site would not load the WooCommerce System Status, and I could not view any of the wp-admin pages.Thats strange. I logged in with the support id and was able to get it. Here it is:

Ok, well I can initially login, but as soon as I try to visit areas within your dashboard, the page just loads and loads, so I am not able to do anything. 🙁
Please deactivate all plugins except WC Vendors, WC Vendors Pro and WooCommerce.

They are all deactivated.With all plugins deactivated with the exception of Woocommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro, it takes an average of 68 seconds for the pro dashboard to display.

Yes. It still occurs. I thought it was fixed but noticed that it happens on dasboards with huge quantities of orders.
All the other pages load – just the one with the chart doesn’t.

I was recently working on a site that had a similar issue.
At one time, did you delete orders from the wp admin?
If so, you can try removing these from your database under pv_commissions and see if that helps.
Otherwise, Jamie did build in some additional checks that will be in the next update that will prevent errors on the pro dashboard if the system is searching for old or deleted orders and products. After the WooCommerce 3.0 update, this became an issue.
