NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hello,

    Variable products being purchased are showing as £0 for the price paid and £0 for the shipping on the Vendors email.

    I have noticed the Shipping is going to the Admin and not Vendor on these types of products.

    I have worked on a number of ways to solve it but without any luck.

    *Please note products without Variations are fine*

    Any ideas?

    If you would private reply with your email, I can send you a file fix for the variable shipping issue.
    I think we have a fix for the email also– I will check. If so, the email fix will be released in the next update of WC Vendors (free).

    Ok- I sent the email to you.
    Also- yes- the email bug is fixed and will be in the next free release.
    I am not 100% certain if Jamie still needs to add anything to this file for the notify vendor emails, so I need to wait until giving out that fix.

    Hello Anna,

    1) I am facing the same issue. Please see the attached images. Note that shipping as well as the taxes on shipping is going to the Admin. My email is [email protected].

    2) Also when a buyer adds a variable item to his cart, it shows as variation #1550 of the product in his cart and checkout page, is it how it it suppose to show? If yes, is there a way not to display variation #1550?

    3) When a vendor creates a variable product, the variation numbers are not 1, 2… they is stored as some higher numbers #1550, #1552; although this is the first variable product by the vendor, infact in the site.

    My variable products shipping cost [email and vendor] is fine. Hope the update will not disrupt this for my site, please advise.

    Psst: i hv a pending issue with the coupon not showing to vendor and in vendor notification email.

    Thank you for fixing the issues with Variable Product.
    The below issue still persists, I also tested in http://dev.wcvendors.com

    When a vendor creates a variable product, the variation numbers are not 1, 2… they are stored as some higher numbers #1550, #1552; Is this the normal behavior?
