NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hello. I am testing the checkout and order process on both sides.
    In my example I have a product that sells for 8€. As a customer I order it for that price.
    From the vendors point of view the recent order shows up at 0.80€ (see image)

    Is that the Comission Due?

    Is that the pro dashboard showing that? If so, then yes- this should show the commissions the vendor has or will receive for that product. If this is showing correctly, then you must have your vendor commissions set to 10 percent?

    What is your commissions set as? Percentage, amount, etc. in wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > commissions

    What do the commissions reports show? (wp admin > woocommerce > commission) Are they correctly calculated according to how you have your commissions set?

    Hi!

    I just upgrade pro and I am having problems with commission calculation for sales with discount: it seens that wcvendor is adding (sum) discount cupom with total price and than process commission.

    See the attached files. I have made a R$10.000 sale with a R$5.0000 discount. Total sale R$5.000. My average commission rate is 12%, so the commission due should be R$600. But wcvendors said it is R$1200.

    This is happening with all orders with discount. The commission is set to processed after cupom.

    How should I proceed?

    Hello,
    Are you using Vendor coupons, or admin coupons created in WooCommerce?
    We support Vendor created coupons (pro dashboard > coupons) but we do not support WooCommerce coupons at this time- they do not calculate correctly per product with the commissions.
