NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi Ben,
    I am about to go for a pro version. I am facing an issue where raw shortcode itself is showing up for vendor dashboard page. Shortcode is applied in text tab mode.
    Theme I am using http://themeforest.net/item/essential-responsive-woocommerce-ecommerce-and-auction-theme/5789584
    Any idea? I would appreciate any kind of help?

    Hi Sunil,

    1.) Make sure the shortcode is [wcv_vendor_dashboard].

    2.) Try switching to the Storefront theme. Does it work? If yes, then your themeforest theme is severely broken, and only the theme author can fix it. 🙂
