NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    I am experiencing a problem where single products remain visible in the store once they are purchased. Is it possible for these to be removed once a payment is received so that the vendor can begin to process shipping? Are there settings I can adjust within wordpress or the vendors plugin which will correct this for me? Right now the vendor is having to delete the product once they have received payment.

    I would like for items to disappear from the store while vendors work to process payments and get the items shipped. Right now vendors are receiving multiple payments for a single product and they are only able to satisfy the first order in. Please help!

    Enable inventory, and set the quantity to 1 and dont allow backorders?
