Is possible that not even want to be a vendor, you must accept the terms and conditions equally?

I know it could be done with other plugins, but first I ask you to not even have to install more unnecessary plugins on my site.

    Thanks.!

Not on *our* terms and conditions page, since that page is for vendor terms and conditions, not for the rest of your site.

But the terms and conditions talk about the vendor and the customer. Both should agree with everything about it.

You could guide me where modify the code, with your permission.

The apply to become a vendor, and the terms and conditions checkbox, is for vendor registrations. You should use a separate terms and conditions plugin for your regular users. Modifying WC Vendors so it showed that for all people would be quite difficult because it’s not written to do that. Plenty of plugins on wordpress.org that will though!
