NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    I know this has been touched on briefly before but I am not sure how admin is supposed to know when the vendor has shipped the order and hence to know when to change the order status from processing to complete on the admin backend.

    The vendor presses the shipped button on their dashboard when he has shipped the order and the customer gets an email saying the product has been shipped but it would be good if admin could be alerted to this somehow, through email or any other means..?

    That’s a good idea. We’ll be adding some additional email notifications in a future release such as:

    – Email to admin to notify when vendor marks shipped
    – Email to vendor to notify vendor when a buyer leaves a vendor feedback for a product they’ve purchased
    – Better approved/denied emails

    I would like to see this update in action.
    And, optionally, set order “Complete” when vendor mark as shipped.

    Hello ben,

    Do you have any update to the follows?
    – Email to admin to notify when vendor marks shipped
    – Email to vendor to notify vendor when a buyer leaves a vendor feedback for a product they’ve purchased
    – Better approved/denied emails

    As admin needed to update the order status in woocommerce. So that the above features are very important.

    Hello WC Vendors support!

    Are there any updates regarding the features described in previous posts and especially “Email to admin to notify when vendor marks shipped”?

    I think that in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails -> “Vendor has shipped” a field “Recipient(s)” just like the one in “New Vendor Product” could do the job.

    Any feedback would be appreciated.
