ParticipantHello,
I have done the instructions below and still the shipping costs does not show in the vendors email notification.
Kindly assist, thank you.
1. Have the checkbox “Give Vendors and Shipping Collected per-product” ticked. This setting is located in wp admin > WooCommerce > Wc Vendors > General
2. Set up the Vendor Shipping as a stand alone shipping method. Configure the vendor shipping by going to: wp admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > click on the link Vendor Shipping

Are you certain that the customer is choosing the vendor shipping rate when adding the product to the cart? Or do you have any woocommerce rates enabled that they might be choosing?March 28, 2017 at 4:04 am #60124Oluwatosin
ParticipantThere is vendor shipping rate and also woocommerce local pickup. I am testing the vendor shipping hence picking the vendor shipping rates. Admin and buyer gets email notification showing the shipping costs but vendor’s notification shows no shipping costs.

MemberWeird…
If you go to wp admin > WooCommerce > Commission are the vendors receiving the shipping funds from the sales?March 28, 2017 at 4:49 pm #60172Oluwatosin
ParticipantHi Anna,
No.
Do u want to take a look at the wp-admin yourself?
March 28, 2017 at 7:00 pm #60198Anna
MemberHello @bargainwebb
Yes, I think at this point I need to take a look so I can get a better idea of what is going on.
If the vendors are not receiving the shipping funds when you go to wp amdin > woocommerce > commissions, then something int he setup for the vendor shipping is not right.I could not login using the credentials given when you started this thread. Could you please provide an admin login & password in a private reply? I’d also need to be able to get past the front-end password block.

MemberHello,
I created a vendor, added my address and shipping rates, and then bought the test product using admin.
The commissions were calculated, and so was the shipping.
So, perhaps your vendor accounts do not have things set up correctly.
when I tried to buy from vendor1, the shipping was not calculated.
Please check that the vendors set their rates within their dashboards..
I left my vendor account there so you can reference how I have it set up.March 29, 2017 at 3:18 am #60234Oluwatosin
ParticipantHello Anna,
i tested the vendor you created;
First i changed your vendor location to Nigeria [since purchases are to be made locally/nationally],
when a purchase is made, the vendor shipping rate shows the national rate in the cart and checkout pages. After purchase i checked the admin> woocommerce >commission and this displayed the international shipping rate (not the rates displayed on cart/checkout.
So to resolve it, i have decided to input same shipping costs in national and international shipping rates and this has worked [but both fields must hold same values]
You are always most helpful, thank you.
Psst: and if you want to take a peek anytime within the next one month, i changed your vendor password to ‘consultant’ to enable me access.
Cheers.

Great- glad we were able to sort this out. Thanks for letting me know about the password change.
Let me know if you need any further help. 🙂April 3, 2017 at 2:43 pm #60671Oluwatosin
ParticipantHello Anna,
1.
I just did a test purchase on the site and the email notification to vendor does not show product price or shipping costs -see attached email screenshot. Its been working fine. I deactivated all plugins except social marketplace plugins and wc vendors pro and free. (pls take a look when u can, ur vendor account and password -consultant-). The wp-admin of bargainandtrade.com is same password.2.
When i tried “mark shipped”, it did not work correctly.Thank you and cheers.
April 3, 2017 at 4:00 pm #60680Oluwatosin
ParticipantSorted product price. (i missed commission setting)
Now shipping still not showing…but i’ll try to sort it too.
However “mark shipped” still needs your attention and kind advice.
Thanks

Participantno luck with shipping rates showing in vendor email notification (worked previously). pls assist further.

ParticipantIn summary two issues:
1. “Mark shipped” not working
2. shipping cost not showing only in vendor notification.April 3, 2017 at 7:23 pm #60696Oluwatosin
Participantmark shipped clicked and screenshot attached appears. meanwhile it does not mark as shipped. i have deactivated the plugins again but still the same.
April 3, 2017 at 7:26 pm #60698Anna
MemberHello,
Is this only happening for the orders you have “pay on delivery”? If no payment has been made, then it will not show commission or shipping due for the order.
How is marked shipped not working? Are you seeing an error? If it is working, it will send an email to the customer, and also the option to :mark shipped” will not appear any longer on the vendor pro dashboard.April 3, 2017 at 8:27 pm #60704Oluwatosin
ParticipantCustomer Notification email is correctly showing shipping cost.
Vendor receives correct product price/commission (i set commission to 100%) but still no shipping costs showing in VENDOR email notification . Pay on delivery is not the problem here. When I use my preferred type: Country Table -the vendor receives zero as shipping costs.
when I use Flat rate (which is not preferred, since shipping is to multiple locations) – the shipping cost does not show when set nationally HOWEVER when BOTH national & international is set, then the international shipping costs appears in vendor notification email.attached 1 – screenshot of vendor email when national + international flat rates set together.
it shows that the shipping cost does appear on vendor email BUT using either national or international independently does not show shipping costs in VENDOR email notification.attached 2 – screenshot of what appears when ‘mark shipped’
attached 3&4 – admin settings wc vendor
Thank you and cheers.

Participanti tried the below on your dev website:
………………………………
when I use Flat rate (which is not preferred, since shipping is to multiple locations) – the shipping cost does not show when set nationally HOWEVER when BOTH national & international is set, then the international shipping costs appears.
====> the default shipping that shows when above applies is the default admin international shipping that u must have been set up backend vendor shipping, different for vendor to vendor shipping changes.

Participantthe country table on my site works perfectly except for the vendor email notification that does not show the shipping cost

ParticipantHint: Concerning ”Mark Shipped”
pls note i recently updated wc vendor free. mark shipped started malfunction about this timeApril 4, 2017 at 6:42 pm #60772Oluwatosin
ParticipantGeolocation was the culprit, i have set it to store address now, hence sorted mark shipped and flat rates shipping.
I’ll test country table. thx.
April 5, 2017 at 8:36 am #60814Oluwatosin
Participantdone what i can. now flat rate works just fine – enail contain the shipping costs. but country table only shows on product page and not visible in cart and checkout. pls advice…thx
April 5, 2017 at 1:30 pm #60850Anna
Member@bargainwebb
With country table rate, a vendor has to enter the rates for each country that they will ship to. If a country is not in their shipping rates, then there will not be a rate shown.April 5, 2017 at 1:59 pm #60859Oluwatosin
ParticipantI have done that and also attached screenshots for your review and kind advice. Thank you.

MemberWhat does the Collect in Store mean?
April 6, 2017 at 2:30 am #60908Oluwatosin
ParticipantThat is Woocommerce shipping ‘flat rate’ renamed.
I have deleted it now and set the country table for vendor shipping alone and this is what cart looks like now – see attached (the table shows on the product page only).
Thank you.

Ahh I think I see the issue– WooCommerce does not have States defined in their shipping; therefore, NG would be the single shipping rate you could use for Nigeria– just NG. The states are not yet declared in WooCommerce.
So- if you wish to ship to Nigeria with Country Table Rate- only put NG .. no state/region.April 7, 2017 at 2:58 am #61032Oluwatosin
Participantearlier i put in those states and it worked. As you have advised i have removed the states and attached screenshots – not working. Please help.

Are you using Vendor Shipping (wp admin > woocommerce > settings > shipping > vendor Shipping)
Is this a variable product or a simple product?May 22, 2017 at 12:33 am #66054Mohsen
ParticipantI didnt get what you exactly mean by using vendor shipping because it has not an “On/Off” switch. By the way if i dont made a mistake, Yes, I’m using it (1.png)
And also yes, Its a simple product.

Do your vendors have their stores addresses set? (Pro dashboard > settings > store)
Do they have default shipping rates set in their stores, or are you just adding rates on a per product basis?
Is Vendor Shipping the only shipping method you are using?May 27, 2017 at 4:34 am #66634Mohsen
Participant@FERVOUS
Yes,vendors have their own stores addresses set.
Yes, I have set both default shipping rate and rate on a product basis. I have tested these two different type of shipping products(with default values and with rate on product basis).
Yes, there is no any other shipping plugin, no shipping class, no shipping zone except woocommerce defaults.Even I have fill blank values with “1” to avoid divide zero or divide none. 🙁

Member@mooohsenm
Are these variable products?June 5, 2017 at 3:18 am #67244Mohsen
Participant@FERVOUS Yes, These are variable products.
I see this message “https://www.wcvendors.com/help/reply/67239/” and I’m waiting for the next update 🙁Thanks
