    Hi,

I saw that some people already asked this question some month ago and I am wondering if this feature has been added into the new pro version. If a vendor (A) takes the option “Country Rate Shipping” and a customer adds two different items from the same vendor into the cart, is it possible that it only calculates the shipping costs from the vendor (A) once?

    Regards,
    Sophie

    @sophiebrunner
    Sophie,
    Not exactly, no.
However, with Vendor Shipping we do have the maximum rate, minimum rate, free over “$x” amount.. options to help limit the amount that shipping is accrued for a customer when shopping from the same vendor.

We have the same problem …

But in the user-dashboard from wordpress we can choose this:

Charge Once Charge once per product for national shipping, even if more than one is purchased.

That is, what we like. Why doens´t that work with wc vendors?

    regards,
    Susanne

Thank you Anna. Could you tell me what exactly “Maximum product charge” does?

@Dietrich & Susanne: I have found out that you can solve our issue with following inserts (see attachment).

    Hello,
“Maximum product charge” Is the most that more than one of the same product will be charged for shipping in an order.
    Example:
shipping for item a costs $4.
You have maximum per product set at $8.
    Customer orders four item a.
Shipping for the four item a will be $8 , rather than $16, as it would have been if you did not have maximum per product set.
