NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    1. Add new product under vendor account.
    2. Purchase product using guest checkout.
    3. Login to Vendor dashboard as vendor account.
    4. Under the “Orders” section there are shipping link -> click the link
    >> DEFECT >> wrong location on the map is displayed

    Seems the reason is that the link contains Buyer name.

    Looks good for your demo site but reproducible for mine.

    Could you check and suggest a solution?



    I do not know why this is not working on your site– perhaps due to the different letter characters in your language is causing the maps application to not work properly.
    I will see if I can find a solution for this issue.
