NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Dear wcvendors Team,

    is it possibly to activate shipping costs per order and not based on products.

    Example: Vendor 1 has 2 products – even if a customers buys both products he has only to pay one time for the shipping.

    Hello,
    The only way RIGHT NOW we have to limit this is Vendor Shipping Flat Rate and using the checkbox for :”Charge only once …” But that is only if more than one of THE SAME PRODUCT (qty 2+ )is purchased in that order.
    HOWEVER, soon we will have the option you desire 🙂 Version 1.4.0 of WC Vendors Pro will include some more shipping options. Please see below:

    v1.4 shipping features:
    So far, for Flat Rate, we should have these features added:
    Minimum spend per vendor for shipping (store level)
    Maximum spend per vendor for shipping (store level)
    Max spend per product ( Charge no more than X no matter qty ) (product and store level)
    Per order flat rates ie: $5 no matter the items international and national (store level)
    Free shipping over x spend ( store level, product level? )

    For country Table rate, these features should be added:
    zip codes
    zip code wildcard
    zip code ranges
    qty overrides per entry
    Max spend no more than $X no matter qty (product and store level)
    Remove any flat rate shipping options from shipping configuration in admin area when selected
    Show country rate table for admin override and calculate shipping based on this.

    One question more:
    I am running wc Version 2.6.13 and wc vendors Version 1.9.8 and
    wc vendors pro Version 1.3.7.
    Why I can not see the update to 1.3.9?

    Do you have a clue?

    Helo,
    It should not be too much longer until v.1.4 is released- that’s the best time frame I can give you.

    It looks like you’ll have to manually update. Some installs have had this issue recently..
    To manually update :
    1. back up your site (optional safe measure)
    2. download the latest Pro version from your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/
    3. deactivate & delete your current WC Vendors Pro (info is stored in your database…)
    5. Immediately upload the Pro version 1.3.9 you downloaded from your my-account on here.
    6. Activate! ?
