NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi guys! Just found a bug in the shipping system. Here are the steps to recreate it:
    1. Create a new vendor, go to settings and set some national shipping(I don’t use international shipping). Make sure that there is no extra shipping if the customer adds more product quantity.
    2. Create a new product and set the same amount of shipping, and set the same freight settings as above.
    Buy two pieces of the product. The freight will be fine for the buyer(only one), however in the email that the vendor receives, there will be two shipping costs.
    Also, in the provision, there is two shippingcosts include.. :/
