NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,
    When a user clicks the Connect to Stripe button, he is redirected to My Account doing nothing. Not if there is relation with activating ssl. Any suggestion?

    You have to log in to the Stripe administrator account – then you search -connect-and then you search -Settings
    Modify or set correctly
    -development (put the URL of the address)
    -Production (put address of the URL)
