    Hi guys,

I need help to understand the situation of a return when using the automatic Stripe payments.
When the payment is made through Stripe, the commission goes directly to the vendor and the admin keeps the rest.
In the case of a return requested by the costumer, how is Stripe proceeding? Who will be charged the 15$ dispute fee? The admin or the vendor?
If the costumer ‘wins’ the dispute, is stripe removing the commission from admin and vendor?
Do you have any experience with this situation that can clarify a bit my ideas?

    Thanks!

Stripe rocks for this. Vendors pay the stripe fees, if there is a dispute, for their portion of it. The vendor pays admin the admins cut of each sale, but the vendor is fully responsible for the actual transaction. Admin always keeps their money.
