I got a PayPal app ID and got Paypal Adaptive Payment work, although it is still “conditionally approved”.
I found it works for non-subsciprtion products and doesn’t work for subscription products. I have a product which is subscribable membership and it seems not work with Adaptive Payment.
I know most likely this is not something about WCV and this should be something about PayPal. I have contacted PP support for help. The same time, if you have something on the top of your head, I will want some directions if possible.

PayPalap doesnt work with subscriptions for this gateway. Only single transactions.
You could enable the “standard” PayPal gateway in WooCommerce, and then add some functions.php code to only show that gateway if it’s a subscription product, and hide paypalap at the same time. Google will be your friend on this one. 🙂
