Am i correct in thinking that adaptive payments should work when using three test accounts?

I’ve tried using a owner, vendor and customer, but it doesnt seem to automatically pay the vendor.

Also, how do i manually pay the vendor? Am i to assume it’s an invalid paypal account if it doesnt pay them?

Also, If this is the case, should i set the vendors account as a proper paypal account?

    Thanks

This is a paypal error you are seeing?

I am not sure if I am correctly understanding this process you’ve described. From what a gather, you are trying to test the paypal adaptive payments system. Unfortunately their test/sandbox is a major pain and has not worked very well for a long time.

Btu regarding that message, Id recommend that you discuss with paypal whether your have some kind of limit on your account due to your location. I do not know if there are restrictions from banking institutions or even with paypal itself for certain countries on sending funds.

With paypal adaptive, you should not need to manually pay the vendor- but you would just send funds to the vendor’s paypal email to manually send to them.
