    Hello,
I am looking for the best theme which will be compatible with Woo commerce and Wc vendors for a marketplace to sell physical products and with Booking feature. There should be regular updates from the developers as well.
Please suggest as i have already spent money on a good theme and after using realised that there are compatibility issues.
Your suggestions would be appreciated !

There are many that- as long as they are properly coded for WooCommerce – work fine with WC Vendors Pro.
On my development sites I normally use either Storefront (very plain but customizable) or Generatepress (also plain, but with the Premium Plugin you have more options). Both are well supported; Generatepress can be made a bit more pretty, IMHO,and has great support. https://generatepress.com/

I have used Kleo and the Social Marketplace by BuddyBoss also. Kleo support is great; Social Marketplace adds some neat things, but support can be a bit slow and if you do not want all of those features it is a bit much for some sites.

I have barely used it, but there is also ReHub theme with the child theme ReHub Vendor: https://themeforest.net/item/rehub-directory-multi-vendor-shop-coupon-affiliate-theme/7646339
