NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Link to add image to product does not work


    Here are some debugging steps to try:
    1. Your theme has a bunch of outdated templates from WooCommerce. Try temporarily switching to the Storefront theme https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/ and then test to see if the image uploader works for the vendors.

    2. This could be a plugin conflict. deactivating ALL plugins EXCEPT: WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro. Then test.

    3. If these tests fail. try installing the plugin Really Simple SSL. Insecure content on the site can prevent image uploads for vendors (though they usually see an error). Run through the steps to setup the plugin and secure content on your site. Then test.

    4. Make sure your vendors are logging in via the my-account page rather than using a special login form from your theme. They can sometimes not be securely/properly logged in using a special login.

    Try these steps and let me know if your issue is resolved.
