I have a vendor who has tons of transactions. Probably around 10000. Whenever she logs in her dashboard takes forever to pull up and when it finally does it is blank. Only the black menu bar appears but nothing else. Also when she logs in it would crash the entire system. Our web developer has looked at it and can at least prevent a system crash but he said your code is not memory optimized and when the system tries to load all 10000 orders it blows up. He is trying to work on a solution right now but time is an issue and they sometimes don’t work very fast so I wanted to see what you said. This will continue to be a big problem for us as we are bringing on some new vendors that have a big name in our industry. We will have multiple vendors who have tons of transactions.

I haven’t heard if there is a fix for my problem yet. I would assume that I’m not the only one having this issue. We are a large store and our vendors generate lots of transactions. I’m sure I’m not the only one with vendors so large that it crashes your plugin. My developer said a fix would be best from the source, that that we can easily update in the future. Plus it would save me paying a developer 125.00 an hour to fix your plugin. Let me know if you can fix this. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Anna will help you shortly.

However, I must note: You need a new developer. If you are paying someone $125 per hour and they are giving you this:

    PHP Version: 5.6.29-1+deb.sury.org~trusty+1

    Server Info: Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu)

Outdated Templates: ❌Learn how to update
Feedback form page: ✕ Vendor ratings will not work without this page set. Click here to set the page.

Child Theme: ❌ – If you're modifying WooCommerce on a parent theme you didn't build personally
then we recommend using a child theme. See: How to create a child theme

W3 Total Cache: by Frederick Townes – 0.9.5.2

They are giving you a site full of errors. And you are on — literally — THE SLOWEST DAMN HOSTING PLATFORM KNOWN TO MAN. Your PHP is the minimum requirement. Your using MySQL still. You are missing pages, outdated templates, not even using a child theme.

Fire whomever is your current admin, and please, hire someone who can actually operate your website for you. Whoever your dev is now, truly sucks and is missing sooooooooo much basic stuff that can make your site awesome, instead of ‘just works’.

    Hello,
Have you or your developer attempted any standard debugging to check if there is another plugin which may be causing the issues?
First of all, upgrade to the latest versions of WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro.

If you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro, do they issues persist?

Also, make sure you exclude all WC Vendors dashboard pages, as well as WooCommerce cart and checkout pages from W3 Total Cache if you are going to be using that plugin.

WE still haven’t found a solution yet to our problems with your plugin. We keep finding issues with it. I just noticed that the dates on the vendor orders are not in the same timezone as the rest of our site. There is about a 5 hour difference and I don’t see anywhere within the plugin to specify a timezone. This makes my reporting to vendors off by 5 hours every day. Did I overlook a setting or is there a fix to this?

We are a complicated site with a lot of plugins but this seems to be the only one giving us trouble. I have had a couple different developers look at it and tell me that they would have to rewrite your code to get the problem of a blank vendor dashboard to work right.

Did you apply any of the steps I suggested to you?
