NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi,
    The Vendor email that is sent for each new customer order is displaying the product without taxe price instead of the commission. I guess it’s not normal, what should I do?

    I tried to check/uncheck the option “Show the commission due/paid as the product totals instead of the product prices.” in Wooommerce > Settings > Email > Notify Vendors. But it doesn’t change anything.

    Hello,
    This is actually a reported bug that should be fixed soon and in one of the next WC Vendors(free) releases.

    Ok thanks, when is this new release plan for? I still can’t activate the plugin (see the other post) and don’t want to miss the update.
