NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    H WCV Support forum, am new here so nice to meet you all 🙂

    Just wondering, are there any vendor instructions on how to use their WCV store such as uploading products and using their vendor dashboard etc?

    Hi Paul! Great to meet you, too. 🙂

    We have instructions provided on how to use WC Vendors as the store admin, but we have not written instructions on how to use the back-end to add products.

    All we do is provide them *access* to the back-end, and every site has a different add product page. Some use different plugins, or customization (in fact almost everyone will!).

    WooThemes does have a Documentation area that gives a good overview of how to add products to your store:

    That should be a good place to start! Perhaps copy the information you need to a custom page on your own site and customize the tutorial your own way, for your new vendors to read.

    Will definitely Ben, hope to be finished by end of Jan but will prob be end of Feb 🙂
