NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi Ben,

    This was fixed for me when i installed the last update of pro and vendors could add products for me to approve and then when they were approved, vendors could edit live products which is just what I wanted. A few hours ago i changed a pro setting (to remove the ‘delete’ function from the vendors product area on their dashboard) and I saved my permalinks after doing this. And now vendors can publish products again without approval even though i haven’t changed any of the approval settings…

    maybe i’m making a leap that it was either the change to the vendors capabilities or the permalink settings being saved that did it but i can’t think what else it could have been.

    The site is finally going live tomorrow morning – UK time (hooray!) and i’d love for my vendors to not be able to publish products without approval again (but it is really important that their editing products doesn’t remove the product from sale so i need to stick with them editing live products!

    It’s now working again -apologies! Not sure what happened -some sort of delay with the permalink changes?

    Could have just been a slow options table update! I wouldnt worry too much as long as all is well. 🙂
