Hello. We are using the WC Vendors pro and on our vendors special pages its showing the main store and our assumption is it should be showing just their products.

For the vendor store pages to show vendor products properly, you need to have the woocommerce shop pages set to “show only products
wp admin > woocommerce > settings > products > display: Shop page display “show products”
