NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

Hi,
I have got email that my WC Vendors Pro license has expired. I went to my dashboard and I can’t find my download file which I was bought and my licence key.
As I understood I only will not get support and updates but the last new version and licence key have to stay in my account.Regards,

Access to the download is revoked after 12 months. We only keep the current version online not older ones.. If you still need it, reply to your email receipt for Pro and ask for the latest version from your license timeframe and we’ll reply with the zip!
