Hi
I have set the [wcv_pro_vendorslist] shortcode on a static page named vendors list. I have added two verified vendors but the shortcode doesn’t seem to display anything.

Which version of KLEO parent theme are you using? There was one version about a few months ago that caused issues.. but KLEO then released an update to resolve these issues, and the theme started working fine with WC Vendors Pro again. I run KLEO on a dev site, and it typically works great with WC Vendors Pro. You want at least KLEO Version 4.1.6.2 – 31.10.2016 as your parent theme.1. If your vendors do not have products listed, you’ll need to add show_products=’no’ to the shortcode for them to show up. show_products=’yes’is default, whch only shows vendors with products listed. [wcv_pro_vendorslist show_products=’no’]
2. Have you tried deactivating all plugins except woocommerce, wc vendors and wc vendors pro to see if perhaps there is a plugin conflict? Try this and then visit the vendor list page to see if the shortcode is working.
3. if this fails, please try switching to the Storefront theme to test and see if there is a conflict within your theme. Check to see if the shortcode is working while using Storefront.
Hi @anna, I am also facing the same issue, followed all the steps you mentioned above but the vendors still don’t appear!! Not even on storefront theme. I am using Buddyboss’ Onesocial theme along with their Marketplace plugin, everything works on their demo website (http://demos.buddyboss.com/marketplace/sellers/) but not on my website 🙁

On the OneSocial/Social Marketplace that page is specially designed.
Go into the Marketplace plugin settings (wp admin > BuddyBoss > Marketplace … look for:Select Page To Show Stores
Select Page To Show Sellers
I have already selected those pages in Marketplace settings, but the vendors/stores are still not showing.
So you actaully created a page for the sellers, and created a page for the stores. Put the proper shortcodes on each (shortcodes are given in the BuddyBoss > Marketplace settings page). And you cannot see anything if you visit the url to each of those pages?
If yes, then do your vendors have any products listed?
If yes again – you;ll need to discuss this with BuddyBoss.Hi,
I had the same problem but when I used the shortcode [wcv_pro_vendorslist show_products=’no’] the one test vendor did show, but however that test vendor had one product listed. Not sure why show products = no would make it show? Does a vendor need 2 or more products in order to appear in vendor list by default?
