I am using WCVendors Pro 1.0.4 with the Flatsome theme and having a lot of problems.
1. On the add product page the category dropdown width is too small.
http://goo.gl/YyYYGp2. A lot of the buttons on the vendor dashboard have the wrong styling.
http://goo.gl/tlT9ON3. A lot of sections and buttons are aligned wrong and are over to the right hand side.
http://goo.gl/0CFlqB
http://goo.gl/UaeSLJ
http://goo.gl/1Q8ckf
http://goo.gl/W9TnPk4. The vendor store page changes the theme header and navigation section. Also the vendor products are not displayed with the same style set by the theme, used on the category pages etc.
http://goo.gl/c5Bmwg5. On the feedback page the stars show vertically instead of horizontal. (IMO it would look better if there were just 5 stars and the user moved their mouse along them to select one)
http://goo.gl/JktgK06. On the add product page when you click the sale price schedule link, the date boxes overlap the content below.
http://goo.gl/KyoF7gI have emailed you my theme files, can you please take a look for me?
November 1, 2015 at 1:15 pm #13146chrisParticipant4.) This is fixed in v1.0.5, which Jamie should have finished up here very very very soon. 1.0.5 should fix pretty much every theme problem out there.
The problem is still there.
November 1, 2015 at 2:10 pm #13151WC Vendors SupportParticipant“the problem” doesnt help me diagnose anything. Be specific!

http://goo.gl/c5BmwgThe menu style is broken, like the link from saturn015
November 1, 2015 at 2:19 pm #13157WC Vendors SupportParticipantGotcha. I’ll have @digitalchild check it out.
November 1, 2015 at 4:08 pm #13181David HatcherParticipantJust to add that 1 and 6 were a conflict with another plugin.
In version 1.0.5 the problems 2, 3, 4 and 5 still exist.I also noticed on the vendor store page that the page numbers do not show in the center and also the side widgets display below the products.
You can see this on your demo: http://goo.gl/znpGJaNovember 1, 2015 at 8:03 pm #13360leoprietoParticipantHi Ben, I’m also using WC Vendors Pro in Flatsome and I’m having problems with the archive-vendor_store template: http://goo.gl/P08d0b
If you see the other pages in that same site, you’ll understand that it’s only that template that breaks. Hoped it was fixed in 1.0.5, but just tried it out and doesn’t seem so.
November 1, 2015 at 8:14 pm #13365WC Vendors SupportParticipant@leoprieto what’d you do, send me some porn? ๐

November 1, 2015 at 8:15 pm #13366leoprietoParticipantGoogle disabled that URL for some weird reason, here’s the link: http://bit.ly/1NLge8r
It’s the same problem mentioned in reply #13181 (above).
November 1, 2015 at 8:21 pm #13370WC Vendors SupportParticipantEeew. That’s an ugly layout. I’ll have @digitalchild check it out.
November 2, 2015 at 2:14 am #13424JamieKeymasterHello,
I’ll take a look into this and see what I can do to fix this layout.
cheers,
Jamie.
November 10, 2015 at 8:18 pm #15050leoprietoParticipantHi @ben and @digitalchild, have you had a chance to review this issue? Looking forward to a fix! ๐
November 15, 2015 at 4:06 pm #15484Arvid ViderbergParticipantBumping as I’m also interested in this. ๐
November 15, 2015 at 10:27 pm #15508leoprietoParticipantThanks for the bump @aweponken. ๐
Has anyone else had any luck adapting those templates to Flatsome?
November 15, 2015 at 11:21 pm #15509AviParticipantAs Ben knows by now I’ve also been having issues with flatsome and wc vendors pro. I was wondering how the new release is coming along as the ETA was the weekend. Would love to now how close we are as many solutions seem to be on the way.
Thanks,
Avi
November 17, 2015 at 8:58 am #15615CriterioNetParticipantI have the problem #1 .
How can i fix this? CSS?I’ll add a problem #7 :
I trying to order columns in the front-end dashboard pro, I find that the div -> category adds another divs within this div.
Its impossible order in columnsNovember 17, 2015 at 7:38 pm #15682WC Vendors SupportParticipantNovember 19, 2015 at 1:00 am #15901JamieKeymasterHello,
Due to the fact that flatsome doesn’t use ANY of the woocommerce actions and filters to modify layout and have hard coded everything the only way to fix this is to copy the layouts from flatsome into the templates we provide.
I’ve gone ahead and done this for the vendor store page but you will need to check the other templates and apply them as required.

cheers,
Jamie
November 19, 2015 at 3:03 am #15906JamieKeymasterHello Again,
It turns out that flatsome is based on foundation (which is what we used to use before switching to ink). It appears that all your layout issues on the dashboard are because for some reason foundation puts a float right on the last item in a group with any class that has ‘column’ in the name. I’ve gone ahead and renamed all our column classes so that they don’t clash and this has fixed pretty much all the layout issues.
I’ve also stripped back the button styles so that it doesn’t include a link colour and I cannot replicate the category drop down issue. Vendor stores will still need the template(s) modified to inherit the layouts from the theme.
cheers,
Jamie.
November 19, 2015 at 4:25 am #15912AviParticipantHi Jaime, were you talking to me? If so I do think there’s a chance as the pictures are now 218×218, is there a way I change that to 166?
Thanks!
@digitalchild (love the @ mention it seems to work :D)November 19, 2015 at 9:12 am #15940AviParticipantSquash that… no changes. and the width for my store pages has gone worse, I wonder if it’s because I replaced the vendor store theme with the one you suggested.
So yeah, as before images are oversized and width is crazy. I also made a separate thread about this.

November 19, 2015 at 4:15 pm #15999Arvid ViderbergParticipantHi Jamie and thanks for the update!
However, when I copy over the code you supplied to the template (in /mytheme/wc-vendors/store) I still doesn’t show properly. Please see attached file.
Regarding the dashboard, is that update available somewhere? ๐
November 19, 2015 at 4:31 pm #16006JamieKeymasterHello,
With the default settings for flatsome I get the following use the template I supplied above. Something in your theme settings is messing with things.
cheers,
Jamie.
November 22, 2015 at 10:07 am #16237Arvid ViderbergParticipantThanks Jamie, turnes out you need all the templates in orders for everything to work. Still can’t get that header to display properly though.. Please attached picture.
You also said “Iโve gone ahead and renamed all our column classes so that they donโt clash and this has fixed pretty much all the layout issues.”
Is this something that will be included in the next update?November 22, 2015 at 7:07 pm #16260leoprietoParticipantYou also said โIโve gone ahead and renamed all our column classes so that they donโt clash and this has fixed pretty much all the layout issues.โ

I second that! When will those changes be applied? I am already running 1.1.0 and seeing the same issues.
November 22, 2015 at 10:06 pm #16278JamieKeymasterHello,
v1.1.1 has the columns renamed which should fix all the dashboard layout issues. I’m just fixing a coupon issue and then a country/state calculation issue then I’ll be preparing the next version for release. It’s taking a little longer because debugging paypal issues sucks ๐
cheers,
Jamie.
November 22, 2015 at 10:09 pm #16279JamieKeymasterHello,
I also renamed the header container class so it won’t clash with flatsome’s own header container class in v1.1.1 so that will fix your header issue also.
cheers,
Jamie.
November 22, 2015 at 11:49 pm #16303leoprietoParticipantI also renamed the header container class so it wonโt clash with flatsomeโs own header container class in v1.1.1 so that will fix your header issue also.
Thank you! I was overriding that with my CSS. It would also be awesome if
.wcv-grid a
color was easy to define via settings rather than overriding in a child theme.Looking forward to 1.1.1!
November 23, 2015 at 1:44 pm #16386leoprietoParticipant@digitalchild, I modified the template with the code you mentioned above, but now I’m seeing an empty page (no products and no store header). Before everything appeared “broken” but it did show up. View attached.
November 23, 2015 at 2:25 pm #16394chrisParticipantgot the same thing here like @leoprieto
I modified the template but now Iโm seeing an empty page (no products and no user store header) like leoprieto
November 24, 2015 at 7:17 am #16537Arvid ViderbergParticipantUpgrading to 1.1.1 solves the store problem. Also you need to copy all of the templates files to yourtheme/wc-vendors, even if you haven’t modified them.
@digitalchild v1.1.1 solves the problem with dashboard menu and store showing properly in flatsome, however, now the dashboard looks a bit off. Please see image.November 24, 2015 at 7:58 am #16542JamieKeymasterHi Arvid V,
That looks like you’re not picking up the new style sheets, force your browser to refresh and it should pick up the new styles. With regards to the templates you shouldn’t need to copy them all over, do you have screenshots of what it looks like when you don’t copy them over?
cheers,
Jamie.
November 24, 2015 at 4:58 pm #16619Arvid ViderbergParticipantHi Jamie, removing the template files except the ones located in the /store folder makes the dashboard look like it should(and the vendor store page also). (y)
However, if I only keep single-vendor-store.php in the store folder, nothing is displayed. Printscreen attached.
November 25, 2015 at 3:35 pm #16745Arvid ViderbergParticipant@digitalchild Bump, some buttons still get that awful blue color when hovering though..
December 3, 2015 at 4:53 pm #17511Arvid ViderbergParticipantBump again, any news reagrding this? ๐
December 3, 2015 at 7:45 pm #17521leoprietoParticipantMe too, looking forward to the next update! ๐
December 3, 2015 at 10:49 pm #17533WC Vendors SupportParticipantWould it not be fastest to simply inspect the element, and override the CSS?

If you check my site you’ll see that’s exactly what I’m doing. Overriding a lot of WC Vendors Pro CSS in order to make it look right with Flatsome. It would be great if you gave the option of just turning of all of WCV “styling” CSS, just leaving the layout CSS, so that it just inherits the theme’s defaults and doesn’t require to write tons of lines of overrides.
If you look at my reply #16303, I’m actually requesting if you could remove more of WCV’s own styling CSS, which would fix many issues with Flatsome. Thanks!
December 3, 2015 at 11:14 pm #17538WC Vendors SupportParticipantwp_enqueue_style( 'wcv-ink', apply_filters( 'wcv_pro_ink_style', $this->base_dir . 'assets/lib/ink-3.1.10/dist/css/ink.min.css' ), array(), '3.1.10', 'all' );
You can use the filter wcv_pro_ink_style to override the CSS right now. ๐
December 4, 2015 at 12:01 pm #17592Arvid ViderbergParticipantNot sure if this is what you’re looking for, but I overrode it with:
.wcv-button:hover{ color: #ffffff !important; text-decoration: none !important; }
December 26, 2015 at 9:31 am #19282Arvid ViderbergParticipant@digitalchild Is there an easy way to style the ul list on the custom code you provided?
Happy holidays to you and Ben! ๐
December 26, 2015 at 11:03 am #19284WC Vendors SupportParticipantHi Arvid,
Happy Holidays to you, too!
The styling issue you see there is because Flatsome overrides WooCommerce pagination with their own hard coded styles. You would have to copy the pagination code from your theme and integrate it with /templates/store/pagination.php in WC Vendors Pro.
Of course, none of this will matter at all in v1.2.0 when we remove the Vendor Stores custom post type and re-hook into archive-product.php which will allow shitty themes like Flatsome to display normally again. ๐
December 26, 2015 at 11:26 am #19289leoprietoParticipantHappy Holidays @Ben! Sounds awesome, looking forward to 1.2.0, as a whole lot of us are stuck with this shitty theme! ๐
