NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi Ben and Jamie,

    Will Vendors shop address be shown in their store along with their social media links?

    If so, is there a way to prevent the social media links being shown as that may take my customers elsewhere?

    Kinda. Right now it’s all via templates so you’d have to edit the templates and use the edited ones for your site. We’ll add a pretty checkbox in a future update to make this easier.

    Okey Dokey I’ll have a look at the templates when I’m up and running and see if my tiny brain can work it out 😉 If not I’ll shout up 🙂
