NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    I didn’t add any new plugins or anything. WordPress updated and now my product forms, vendors forms and everything is not working and doesn’t look like it did. Vendors can’t add images, product form has fields i didn’t know existed and it’s all messed up. Any insight would be great.

    I do not understand, i haven’t changed anything, and it has been working since i installed it back in September?

    No idea, but the ground rules apply. Car doesnt have air in tire, dont mean you can start it and drive. Fix the system status errors and let us know we can then proceed! We will absolutely not help you debug an already-declared-broken website, though! 🙂 Once that system status report is good………

    System status is fixed, problem still persists.

    What also doesn’t make any sense to me is that none of the settings tabs work in vendor settings, boxes that are checked to hide from vendors are showing, and on product form boxes are checked to hide settings but they are still showing.
