Thanks very much for feedback. Here I found a list of origin-destination list/map:
http://blog.taxjar.com/charging-sales-tax-rates/Would say with the current functionality of giving entire tax to seller the destination based only map/list could be used for limitation on both sellers/buyers making it only a matter of right customer located tax rate and then give the entire to seller which is then seller responsibility to report – would you agree?

Not sure if the new Pro version was part of the solution but did found a conflict related to plugin organizer – some disabled settings at home page.Thanks for support – cheers 🙂
