Vendors Cannot Connect

There could be several reasons why vendors cannot connect to your marketplace. The following are common issues we see.

Incorrect API Keys

Please ensure that your API keys are correct in the correct order and for the correct mode.

Test: Ensure your Test mode API and client IDs are correct.
Live: Ensure you are not using your test mode keys for live transactions.

Using Separate Charges and transfers

If you’re using separate charges and transfers and your Stripe region does not support it or your vendor’s stripe region does not support it, then vendors will fail to connect.
