    Hi:

    I have the same problem as here: https://www.wcvendors.com/help/topic/all-gallery-images-are-showing-on-add-product-page/

    When a vendor is adding a product, all the media images are showing from the entire website before the “Add Product Gallery Images” link. Before there would be just a link there and no images would show until they were selected from the pop-up media window. And when you click the add gallery link you get a message that says “You have reached the maximum number of gallery images.”

    I have followed all of the steps listed, including “Could you please deactivate all plugin except WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro “, OK- please try resetting the vendor and pending vendor roles: wp admin > woocommerce > system status > tools : Reset WC Vendors Roles, etc.

    We didn’t have this issue before, but we recently just re-launched the site, and I updated WC Vendors, and WC Vendors Pro. Please see the attached “Required Information” section. Thanks much for help in advance.

    In the meantime, I’m forced to turn the gallery off for now, but know the users aren’t going to like that, nor my client 😉

    Regards,

    Chris

    [email protected] = user

    “manage for sale products”, then you’ll see what I’m talking about (once you enable the gallery in Woo -> WC Vendors -> Product Form that is 😉

    @bfchris
    Chris,
    Did you notice in your WooCommerce System Status report that all of the WooCommerce tables are not set up?

    WC Database Version: 2.6.11
    :
    woocommerce_sessions: ❌ Table does not exist
    woocommerce_api_keys: ❌ Table does not exist
    woocommerce_attribute_taxonomies: ❌ Table does not exist
    woocommerce_downloadable_product_permissions: ❌ Table does not exist
    woocommerce_order_items: ❌ Table does not exist
    woocommerce_order_itemmeta: ❌ Table does not exist
    woocommerce_tax_rates: ❌ Table does not exist
    woocommerce_tax_rate_locations: ❌ Table does not exist
    woocommerce_shipping_zones: ❌ Table does not exist
    woocommerce_shipping_zone_locations: ❌ Table does not exist
    woocommerce_shipping_zone_methods: ❌ Table does not exist
    woocommerce_payment_tokens: ❌ Table does not exist
    woocommerce_payment_tokenmeta: ❌ Table does not exist

    And you are still using WooCommerce version 2.6.11 (current version is 3.1.1)?

    Also this:

    My Account: ❌ Page does not contain the shortcode: [woocommerce_my_account]

    In addition, many of the WC Vendors Pro overridden templates are out dated:

    cla/wc-vendors/dashboard/dashboard-notice.php version 1.1.5 is out of date. The core version is 1.4.0
    wc-vendors/dashboard/order/order_details.php version 1.3.3 is out of date. The core version is 1.4.4
    wc-vendors/dashboard/product-edit.php version 1.3.2 is out of date. The core version is 1.3.10
    wc-vendors/dashboard/reports/overview.php version 1.2.3 is out of date. The core version is 1.4.4
    wc-vendors/dashboard/store-settings.php version 1.3.7 is out of date. The core version is 1.4.0

    Please update all of the templates and fix the WooCommerce errors shown above, and then test. If the issue is still occurring after you have updated all of these, then let me know and I will login and see if I can isolate why this issue is occurring on your site.

    @fervous / Anna:

    Yes, those issues have been fixed. I’m still on Woo 2.6.11 as it’s working fine, and I’d much rather not update my templates if I don’t have to.

    I’m still having this issue, w/Woo issues corrected and overridden templates fixed as well. (Actually I had those fixed right after I sent the system report in my original ticket request that’s 3 days old now).

    I should have mentioned, it was working fine before I updated to the latest WCVendors version. I also tried the fix mentioned on another post (resetting the vendor and pending vendor roles: wp admin > woocommerce > system status > tools : Reset WC Vendors Roles), and no go either.

    So not sure if it was the upgrade, the reset of the roles or what.
    All is working great, except I have no gallery for my users. Please advise ASAP.

    @FERVOUS, I even tried the fix mentioned here at the bottom in functions.php:
    https://www.wcvendors.com/help/topic/adjust-permissionsrole/ Still no go.

    Chris,
    What version of WC Vendors Pro were you using before you updated?

    It is VERY difficult, if not impossible, for me to test and advise on this issue if you are not using current templates for WC Vendors Pro nor a current version of WooCommerce.

    Did you disable admin capabilities for the admin login you provided to me?
    I am unable to test by deactivating any plugins or anything…

    I am trying to assist, but currently I cannot work this issue with an outdated WooCommerce and an inability to perform basic testing procedures.

    @FERVOUS / Anna:

    The admin details I provided in the original thread (the required section) are good. The private msg I sent you was so you could view as a “member”, not an admin. Version of WC Vendors was the last prior one. I just set it up about a month ago. Hope that helps.

    Anna:

    I’ve set up a dev environment, so we don’t break the site.
    http://dev.longrifle.com (carbon copy of the live site). All WC template files are up to date.
    Only thing that isn’t is WOO.

    Thanks much..sorry for the trouble.

    I’ve updated WOO on the dev box, updated files, etc. Still the same problem.
