I have found a couple of threads in the forum but can’t see the answer e.g. https://www.wcvendors.com/help/topic/coupon-vendor-commision/

Like Sam at the bottom of the thread – I want coupons to act as it looks like they originally did.

I have a coupon code set up for 10% of the basket total and in WC Vendors have it set to process the commission before the coupon has been applied to the price as I need my vendors to receive the same commission on their products as when there is no coupon used.

With these settings, it is applying the discount to all the products and messing up the amount I owe the vendors.

The thread you linked there was addressing this topic before Pro was released.
Now we have Vendor Coupons so vendors can use coupons for their own products.
If you are using WooCommerce coupons, then they will not calculate properly.
The only time admin coupons can really be used and calculate properly is for admin products.

Otherwise, your vendors can create their own coupons form their Pro Dashboard > coupons.

    Hi Anna,

Just to follow up on this – would it work if I get all vendors to enter the same coupon code that does the same thing?

Our store is an online food market, and I’m trying to find a way to give customers a discount on their first order, which doesn’t effect the the commission that the vendors get on their products.

    Many Thanks

I do understand what you are trying to achieve, and hopefully we will soon be able to work on the coupons & their interactions with the commissions calculation so that this option is available.
As of right now, the only coupon calculations that will be accurate when used on vendor products is our built-in Vendor coupons in WC Vendors Pro.
