I am using Woocommerce Lottery. I want to add WC Vendors/Pro to enable vendors to upload new lotteries to the site. The plugin creates a new product type called “Lottery” which comes with several additional custom fields. How might I go about accomplishing this? Should I get a custom plugin developed or can I cobble something together.

This would require some customization to bring the fields into the Pro front end forms, as well as have the product type recognized.
Do the fields and the lottery product type work for your vendor if the products are listed in the wp-admin > products screen?One of the ways you can get familiar with how some of these plugins can be integrated with WC Vendors Pro is to take a look at our (free) WC Vendors Simple Auctions Integration plugin. This takes the AUCTIONS product type and the fields needed for auctions and integrates them with Pro. Looking through this plugin will give a good idea as to how you may be able to integrate the lottery plugin with WC Vendors Pro.

You’d need to then find what the meta values and keys are that the lottery fields require..
And you could add the fields into the pro product add/edit form, similar to this:
