    Hi,

    When a vendor is adding a new product from the /dashboard/product/edit page, the featured image uploader does not seem to be working. The media upload lightbox looks like it’s working, but when an image is selected and the “set product feature image” button is clicked, the lightbox goes away but no image thumbnail is shown. Then, when the product is added, there is no featured image for it.

    Conversely, the gallery image uploader seems to work just fine. The lightbox shows up, an image is selected, the image thumbnail is shown on the “edit product” form, and when the product is saved, it has gallery images for it.

    There was a similar post about this recently:

    However, I’m not getting an error. And I have GD support, so the same fix won’t work this time.

    Given that the gallery media uploader works, I don’t think the theme, other plugins, or user role settings are to blame for the malfunction.

    Any ideas?

    Please update to WC Vendors Pro v1.0.5. Once done, test again and let me know.

    Ben,

    I haven’t received any update requests from the plugin. Do they have to be done manually?

    Regarding the subject issue, it seems to be MOSTLY fixed with the upgrade. I can now upload images as the featured image, but not all images work. Specifically, I tried to upload one image that was 116x97px and it didn’t work. Is there a minimum size limit to what can be uploaded as the featured image? If so, do you plan to put a note on the template that explains that constraint?

    Yes, you get emails any time there is a new version released and you download from wcvendors.com/my-account/ 🙂 Deactive and Delete Pro, then install the new version, and then save your Permalinks again and upgrade complete. 🙂

    There’s no minimum or maximum size lime or anything like that at all.
