NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    this error comes when stripe is installed

    Send me an email ([email protected]) and I’ll send you a pre-release version of Stripe that will fix this problem for you. It’ll be live for download normally once we fix a subscription error tonight or tomorrow too.

    The problem is you are running PHP v5.2. We require PHP 5.4 or better. PHP 5.2 came out ten years ago. It hasnt even been supported since 2011. Tell your webhosting company to use PHP 5.4 to 7.0 any version there will be fine.

    Glad you got HostGator to upgrade your PHP.
