NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    We are having some problems and some concerns,
    First of all cannot activate the pro version, tried all methods on this forum, nothing worked, I always get this error Exceeded maximum number of activations.

    Now the idea of this site is to allow vendors to upload their products and we sell it for them. The vendor will fix their price, the vendor will not have any other access like creating coupons, adding their shipping or anything else. Very straight forward, just add product, add images, add quantity, and condition and terms. The site owner will approve and once approved we will manage everything

    The website owner will arrange shipping, all shipping will be done by us, and we get commission for sale, a fixed amount of commission for all sales. Ability to add more commission for individual products. The payment is collected by site owner, and after the delivery is confirmed we release payment to their bank or payment method they have selected. All looks straight forward, but I cannot find these options in the configuration, can anyone help us to highlight these issues.

    I follow this thread as I have a similar setup.

    My customers (vendors) are adding their product, text and images. Then we do all the other work for them.
    From that perspective there are a few more options one can wish fore.

    For an example. If the vendors product has been sold, it would be nice if the product status in Vendor dashboard would show “sold”. In my case the Vendors often only have one example per product (flea market).
    It would also be great if Vendor could see sale price and commission per product in a list. As for now they only see a total? (if I am not wrong).
    In that list it would also show if commisson have been paid or not.

    As it’s soon Christmas, one can always wish 😉

    Don’t they have a direct ticketing system? After paying we are at the mercy of public forum?
    How can i resolve the activation issue first. It just wont activate.

    And all the other questions can wait.

    Admin please help us to activate the product which we purchased.

    Yes- the public forms is where you ask for help from us. It also allows you to search our forums for answers to questions that other users have had – which can be quite helpful.

    We’re working to sort out an issue with the license system. In the meantime, you will still be able to use WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro.

    The configurations you want are available- I believe in total.
    You have options to show or hide most of these options in the WC Vendors settings: wp-admin > woocommerce >wc vendors
    You can hide/disable the vendors from being able to view much of this in the store settings form, and pro settings.
    In addition, you can set the vendor permissions so that they cannot publish products live or edit products live without your approval/review of the product.
    Regarding commissions- you can certainly have your site configured this way. Set the commissions as you wish, and then set to pay your vendors manually, and you can pay them however you wish whenever you wish.

    Hopefully we’ll get the license issue worked out soon and I can provide users with details or we will have an update to address that issue.

    I believe I have added this request to the enhancements list– but I will go double-check to be sure. I have had other users also request that we have an indication that an item is “sold out” on the products tab in the pro dashboard.

    So, perhaps adding another column to the pro dashboard main page.. right now it shows the Commission Due and Commissions Paid.. in addition have a Column that shows the Order Total before commissions is calculated?

    Thanks, for teh support, sorry if we were little rude. It wasn’t the intention, we just got tensed and saw everyone posting similar question and thought it was a issue.

    Glad it is working now.
    Yeah- during the last few days a lot of people began having issues with the license key, so there were a lot of posts about it in a short time. I understand being upset, and that sometimes it is difficult to get support when needed.
