NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi guys.

    My subscription lapsed a couple of days ago! (Whoops) I’m not sure if I was meant to receive a reminder or instructions of how to renew? What do I do now? Do I just buy a new subscription. Will all my settings on the site stay the same?

    Hi!
    You’re fine. No worries. Your Pro will continue to work fine without interruption
    Your license is good for 12 months or support and updates.
    To continue to receive support for Pro and Pro updates for the next 12 months, you will need purchase WC Vendors Pro again:
