NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi Ben,

    I have implemented Simple Auctions with Pro, with the vendor dashboard when a vendor adds a product as Auction the necessary Auctions fields doesnt display, have i messed up with some settings? I tried all the combination without success.
    I have attached the screenshots. Please let me know how to fix it.

    The screenshots were not attached since they were in TIFF format, now attached as jpg.

    Not really sure, I dont see the auction tab, all I see is the General tab. Run through your settings some more and see what’s goofing something up;.

    Hi Ben,

    I tired everything without success, before i further scratch my head one more question, is it even possible to add a product in Frontend as an auction in the pro version?

    I have walked through all the settings, but still no luck. I am not at all seeing Auction tab.

    You do have the WooCommerce Simple Auction installed and activated, right? The Pro integration requires that plugin to be installed. The Pro integration is not an auction plugin, it just adds the fields FOR the auction plugin. You still need the actual auction plugin. 🙂

    Yes, I have simple auction plugin installed. Auction fields are showing on backend, but not on your vendor frontend.

    I don’t see you as ever having downloaded the Simple Auctions Integration plugin.

    Hi Ben,

    Is it possible to add Start and End time for the auctions? In the backend of the dashboard it is possible, but in the front end the calendar consists only day not time,
    is it possible to override this calendar which has time information too?

    Not currently, we forgot to add them. We’ll be revisiting Simple Auctions in mid April again.

    One day soon. We’ve just been busy working on core features of Pro and a rewrite of Free. Simple Auctions is a bit of a niche, only about 15 sites actually use it out of 15,000 that run WC Vendors.

    The code for our Simple Auctions integration is free and open source — If you’d like to write the code for it and submit a pull request by all means, feel free to do so here: https://github.com/wcvendors/wcvendors-pro-simple-auctions
