Yes, something is wrong. If it is only showing tax. I am not sure what is incorrectly configured, though. Please, please follow these de-bugging steps: https://www.wcvendors.com/help/topic/read-before-requesting-support/ and see if it solves some of these issues. You have mentioned that you’ve used the storefront theme, but it could also be a plugin conflicting, or, you need to go back and double and triple check all of your settings through woocommerce and wc vendors.***I need your help with this point because I do not understand happens and it’s driving me crazy. I will try to explain as best as possible***
– As you can see the mail vendor sets everything correctly,
– In order detail at vendors dashboard, total commission is wrong, there is not commissions that number is tax.
– In orders dashboard why still set products 0€? should be 9,09€ like mail.

I upgraded to version 1.3.6 vendors pro, 1.9.3 vendors and woo commerce 2.6.5 and that you commented of the store without products has settled, now out page profile store with the message no products found. So now it works as it should!!

Finally, after making these updates I have a problem with variable products (on vendor dashboard), does not create variations. I can select attributes, upload images, etc … but when I give makes me create variations that have been added 0.
before upgrading to vendors pro 1.3.6 I was using vendors pro 1.3.4 and this was working properly.As already happened to me once I tried it with storefront and I have the same problem. Can you help me please

1.- It can be limited in some way that vendors can´t upload images bigger than 500Kb?
2.- In another post you made a comment about shipments. In my case, the shipments manages the store, they have nothing to do with the sellers, as I have to put sending seller for this? Do not know if I ‘m explaining well…

@bluelefant — You’re using User Switching wrong. Once you switch to the vendor, then go to their Pro Dashboard page. You can set the icons / banners the same way they do on their Pro Dashboard > Settings > Branding

Unfortunately the JS Updated you have sent me does not work me.
if you want to try in the test environment if I set something wrong… Same Wp-Admin details, I have not changed anything.
I have also tried the plugin you commented “User Switching” but it does not give me the option to upload the icon or banner.1.- Is there any way I can set images to banner and icon for each vendor from the database or anywhere? at least for now?
2.- If you start an installation from 0, which tables database copy should not have to upload the products with their images again? This would save me a lot of work.
I do not understand very well because it has happened, I do not remember changing anything especially since I set the first vendors but I need to add the images of the banner and icon of each vendor.
An alternative solution?

I´m not getting any errors..
When I’m on the user and I press the button to add store image banner or store image icon it opens the media window to upload or select an image. I select a image, press the button, then the media window closes and nothing more happens.
It like I had done nothing.

I had the same problem as you, but with payment by credit card, I managed to fix it by changing the plugin to make the payment. If you need I can recommend it to you, maybe you used to make payment by paypal.

I have finally been able to publish my web, I had done tests while in a secondary directory and everything was fine. But once published , a vendor I get this. Just with orders.
I have also taken steps to set the translation but not it do not translated, I don’t know if I have to rename the file or what can be.

I continue customizing the site, so I have more questions:
1.- On Pro Dashboard can I hide Commission Due and Commission Paid? (for now it is not something that is being used)
2.- I can see that vendors can add a tracking shipping number, but the shipping provider that I use is not on the list. I will use Seur , Spain (http://www.seur.com). If you can add in future updates…
3.- Can I hide the option of shipping label in vendor pro? how?
4.- I would like that on Vendors page don’t show sidebar category products and 4 products per row, but in site I need categories shop sidebar which means 3 products per row displayed.
I know this a nuisance but understand that the in vendor page can not be displayed all categories of the site, should be just the Vendors.
There any way to do this, with code even, whit a sidebar template? Could you please guide me a bit??Sorry for my bad English

And the last question for today
I made a search in the forums and I have seen that you can restricting vendor access to certain product categories, can I do this for some terms of attributes? I explain:
I have defined attributes for size and color with options. Can Color be restricted, so that seller only can choose one color on variable product?
For example, I set a variable product t-shirt, with sizes (S, M, L) in attribute I have all the sizes, XS S M L XL XXL… , and Color (black) that i have all colors, black, red, green, pink…. – but I want to lend choose one. If I had another t-shirt like this one in green I have to set another product with the variable options.

For categories, there’s no way to show categories within a vendors store right now. Something we’re working on for sure, but there’s a number of WooCommerce changes that would have to take place in their shop templates before it’s technically possible.
and there any way not showing categories sidebar on vendor page? This could be an option while not solve it ‘s own category.
*I would ask also if there is any way to limit the number of products that the seller can upload

In order for your store headers to look like that, you’d have to edit the template and style it accordingly. Copy /plugins/wc-vendors-pro/templates/store/store-header.php to /themes/YOURTHEME/wc-vendors/store/store-header.php and then edit the copied file.
It’s possible to do this on my child theme? I say this because if you update the template these changes will be lost?
