    Thanks Anna.
I believe I am using the Theme signup form which also includes social signup, which also has an overlay for custom text. I have disabled the overlay with no affect.
If I go directly to the “My-Account” page I can sign up with no problems.
I have now discovered that that if i deselect the BuddyBoss Marketplace “show “register As Vendor” Checkbox” which shows up in the registration page, the process becomes a lot more straight forward. This then forces registration as a member first and displays the email verification page. Once verified it shows the confirmation page and informs that you can now login as a member, which you can do. If people manage to find their way to the Vendors Dashboard under the profile, it will pull up the WCVendors register as a vendor page. Click Register and the user becomes a Vendor including within the Admin section.
This is all fine but a little long-winded and would have preferred to have them have the ability to sign up from the beginning.
Unless you have suggestions of how I might rectify this, I will probably be looking for a way to add a note to the Activate page without breaking it.

    Thanks

Hi, I just discovered something in addition to the last post…
After Activation ( screen shot 4 where the person has already checked to say that they want to be a vendor twice) if the user clicks on the vendors dashboard in the profile for a second time they are then returned to the application screen again where they are asked to apply to become a vendor again. Once they have checked the box again, they are now registered as a vendor on the admin side!
    Hope this makes sense!
    Thanks.

    Hi, thanks for your help.
The commission rate was checked but I have now gone through all areas for commissions and reset them and all seems ok now thanks. It may be that I had selected percentage under pro commission in the user profile but not entered any content.

Thanks for your help. I have now signed up to Stripe with you and rejected the PayPal option. One hiccup I made when signing up through your link is that I created a second account with you as I thought I was providing sign in details for Stripe. I now have this account shown as “Leslie” and another as “Leslie Dennis” I don’t know if there is a way of combining these for convenience.

Just another question about the setup of WC Vendors with Stripe commissions. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out why I was seeing zero commission paid to a vendor when I had enabled 90% on both the WCV commissions Tab within Woo and on the General Tab. I was being paid all of it. My understanding was that this would create global commissions unless set in an individuals account. After pulling my hair out for while, I tried adding the 90% into the individual’s account settings and it worked fine. Do you have any Ideas why the global setting would not work?

    Thanks

    Les
