I managed to make to work.

I did a bit of debugging and found that the users with role ‘Vendor’ are not picked up .
I checked in the usermeta table and found that we have a:1:{s:9:”dc_vendor”;b:1;} against wp_mak3tg27d8_capabilities.

I understand that the vendor role is not assigned properly. Once I updated to a:1:{s:9:”vendor”;b:1;} am able to see the vendor drop down populated.
But this an issue because when I create vendors, the role is not assigned properly.

I have removed other vendor plugins.Still why is not resolved?
Pls help me resolve.

even if i delete the wc vendor files and reinstall, i see the same issue.

dont know why.but am unbale to attach doc/docx/pdf files with screenshots.

i was trying other multi vendor plugins as well.
but now i have deactivated all of them.

Am using only wc vendors.
I created a new user with vendor role. But it doesnt show up.

But when i created a user with admin role, it shows up in the dropdown.
Very strange.

I dont want vendors to access to my site.
Admin will take care of all the functionalities.
I just need multiple vendors for order notifications and commission calculations.
So, dint change any page set up.
