WooCommerce Bookings is the official WooCommerce extension for selling time and dates instead of physical stock. It handles appointments, classes, tours, rentals, and accommodation, with customers picking an available slot on a calendar before checkout.
The WC Vendors WooCommerce Bookings add-on connects it to WC Vendors Pro, so your vendors can create and manage bookable products from their own Vendor Dashboard. Each vendor controls their own availability, resources, and bookings, and your customers book with any vendor through the normal WooCommerce checkout.
Key features for your marketplace
- Bookable products for vendors: Vendors set durations, costs, persons, resources, and confirmation or cancellation rules from the Vendor Dashboard.
- Per-vendor availability: Each vendor sets their own available dates and times without affecting other vendors’ calendars.
- Booking management: Vendors confirm, update, and cancel bookings, and can add manual bookings for walk-ins or phone orders.
- Vendor calendar: Vendors see all their bookings in a month or day view.
- Google Calendar sync: Each vendor can connect their own Google Calendar to sync bookings and block out unavailable time.
- Vendor email notifications: Vendors get an email when a new booking comes in or a booking is cancelled.
You need WooCommerce Bookings (sold by WooCommerce), WC Vendors Pro, and the WC Vendors WooCommerce Bookings add-on. WooCommerce Bookings limits the cart to one bookable product at a time, so each order holds a single booking.
