It is difficult to understand the behavior of your support regarding the time you take to answer my questions, which is not the first time it happens.
And the harder it becomes to understand when I find your support is responding to other tickets more recently than mines.
I think I deserve the same treatment as the other clients.

Jamie tinha adicionado status de ordem à coluna da direita da página Pedidos com o lançamento de v1.3.8
Isso estava funcionando, e iria mostrar uma ordem como Processamento, Cancelado ou Completo.
Agora, ele não está funcionando por algum motivo, portanto, essencialmente, os fornecedores não podem dizer se uma ordem foi cancelada, a menos que aconteça de ler o e-mail que é enviado notificando-os que uma ordem foi cancelada.Eu reabri esse problema e espero que isso pode ser corrigido o mais rápido possível.

I had to look into your questions. Some questions can be answered without research; others require me to look into possible responses or assistance for you.Regarding this issue:
Jamie had added order statuses to the right column of the Orders page with the release of v1.3.8
This WAS working, and would show an order as Processing, Cancelled or Complete.
Now, it is not working for some reason, so essentially the vendors cannot tell if an order has been cancelled unless they happen to read the email that is sent notifying them that an order has been cancelled.I have re-opened that issue and hopefully this can be fixed ASAP.

1 – In fact we can not see any order statuses on pro dashboard, as we can see on customer my-account/orders dashboard (and this is vital information).
2 – I did some tests and when an order is canceled, no email is sent, neither to the customer or to the vendor.
3 – In addition, I note the customer’s option to cancel an order has been eliminated on customer my-account/orders.So the problem is that the vendor may be shipping an order, however canceled, and let’s agree this is a big bummer.
I hope you can fix this ASAP.

You do not see these order statuses in the right column? (yoursite.com/pro-dashboard/order):

Orders can only be cancelled by the site admin.

1 – No, I cannot see the order statuses in the right column -(http://www.bemvestir.moda/painel_do_vendedor/order/). Please check the attached image, to confirm what can be seen either by the customer and the vendor.
2 – Ok, I appreciate that.
3 – Only if it is now, because not too long ago (I can not confirm which version) it was possible for customer to cancel an order.

I did not realize that there was a new version, because the WC Vendors Pro v 1.3.8 did not generate the automatic update notice on the admin wordpress panel. This situation had already occurred in March 16, 2016 – WC Vendors Pro 1.2.3. I do not understand why most of the time automatic updates work and sometimes not. And this has only happened with WC Vendors Pro.
In the meantime I did the verification with wp-admin/update-core.php and I’m waiting for the update.
Concerning the cancelled status issue I appreciate that it can be fixed ASAP.

There is an update for Pro right now- 1.3.9 I do not know why you are not getting the notifications for an update if you have your license activated. 🙁
Looking into the cancelled issue- I am waiting to discuss this with Jamie before the 1.4.0 release.

That is quite strange that you are not being notified of the updates, nor have the update available. Do you have your license activated?If you go to your account here, and to downloads, you should be able to download the 1.3.9 zip file: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
After you have downloaded the 1.3.9 zip file, deactivate and delete your current WC Vendors Pro version. Immediately upload the WC Vendors Pro 1.3.9 zip and activate WC Vendors Pro 1.3.9For notifications of future updates, you can subscribe to this thread: https://www.wcvendors.com/help/topic/pro-updates/ I post the change log for all updates here when they are released.

Yes my licence is activated. I deativated the WC Vendors Pro plugin and activated it again and introduced my License Key and email and till now any notifications or uptdates were shown. And among all the installed plugins this is only happening with WC Vendors Pro. 🙁
I would like to have the updates working normally, so I ask you to check what is happening, because apparently everything is fine with my side.In the meantime and to resolve the situation immediately:
I am afraid of following your described procedure of deactivating and deleting the current WC Vendors Pro version, I will lose all the settings and preferences I have made. Shouldn’t be better overwriting WC Vendors Pro folder using SFTP?Kind Regards

Yes- I will check into why you are not being notified of the available updates, and you are not able to update from the wp admin.
Yes- you can also update Pro using SFTP.
You will not lose the settings by following my directions- but I do absolutely understand your hesitation with that process. If you would be more comfortable updating using SFTP, then use that method. 🙂

I appreciate your care concerning my issue notifications and updates.
I do not have any difficulty in doing the manual upgrade (via SFTP or admin). If you tell me that there is no problem, then I will follow your procedures – there’s nothing like seeing (doing) to believe. :), and I will do a back-up before the manual update.

Regarding the cancelled orders…
It should be working now.
In my testing, if the admin changes the order status to cancelled (wp admin > woocommerce > orders ) , then it is showing as cancelled in the right column when a vendor views the order in the pro dashboard > orders

Yes of course, so my initial question is solved, because with the new version the vendors are properly alerted.
Maybe this is a silly or very basic question, but I could not find any information on how to renew my license that expires on 5 February. Do I have to go to the cart, add the product and make the purchase or is there another way to do it? In the meantime if I renew the license before the 5th, will I lose the remaining days?

To renew your license, yes- you would go to the plugins page, and purchase Pro: https://www.wcvendors.com/product/wc-vendors-pro/.
Since the license is set to be valid for 365 days- don’t purchase until after the 5th. Otherwise, your new purchase will ALSO be valid for 365 days, and you will double-up for a few days.
I will check to confirm this- but I think you will want to wait until the 5th, since the product license download is set to be active for 365 days- that I can see when I view the Pro license download here on WC Vendors in the admin.
