Brandon FParticipant
The first time I had an issue with this, the link for the vendors to disconnect was not working correctly. In that event, Ben advised I go into to pHp admin and deal with it there. That’s why I was asking about the stripe_access_key. Would you mind answering my question about the stripe_access_key just in case the link doesn’t work again? Thanks.

Brandon FParticipantWill the _stripe_connect_access_key only be there for Vendors that connected while we were in test mode?
I’m getting the “No such customer..” error. After reading the forums, it appears that Vendors connecting while in test mode seems to be the issue. Before I send an email out to our vendors to disconnect, I’d like to see if 1) I can disconnect them myself via the DB and 2) if I can flat-out confirm if this is actually the issue.
What’s weird is that while checking the user meta tables, none of the Vendor profiles have the _stripe_connect_access_key (hence me asking if all Vendors will have one while connected), but they do appear towards the bottom of the user meta tables but do not seem to belong to any specific user. See attached images.
(because the stripe access keys are confidential – i think – I’ll attach them in a private message)
Thanks you. This issue is a tad over my head so, I hope I’m making sense.
Brandon FParticipantJust to confirm, if I have the Stripe Payment Gateway purchased through you guys I CAN ignore the payments tab.
I ask this because clicking “Instantly Pay” populates the following red-error message, “No vendors found to pay. Maybe they haven’t set a PayPal address?”
Should I uncheck, save and move on/ignore?
Thanks Ben.

Brandon FParticipantI honestly am not skilled enough to do that. Thanks for your input. I’ll just disable it. Thanks.
Brandon FParticipantHey Ben,
Anyway I can get some help here? I want to keep “Sold by” but remove the link. I don’t see this solution in the KB.
Thanks,
bfrisch1Brandon FParticipantHi Ben,
I looked thru both of those before, posting (should’ve mentioned). I can’t see anything that Unlinks the Vendor. I actually really like that it states in the cart which vendor the product is sold by. But I’m not using the shop page or the single product page that comes packaged with WC and the Sold By: VENDOR links to some form of the shop page which I don’t want. I would either like to change the location of the link or completely unlink it. Thank you Ben. You’ve been extremely helpful.
Brandon
Brandon FParticipantBen,
You should write a book. Thanks for this though. Helps a bunch.
Brandon
Brandon FParticipantHaha thanks for the clarification!
Much appreciated.
Brandon FParticipantBuilding on this topic just a tad. For some reason I cannot wrap my head around the process here. Please correct me if I’m wrong:
1. Client purchases product
2. All payments go through the site owners Merchant Account/Gateway (in my case Authorize.net)
3. WC Vendors records which vendor sold which product and reports it in the back end.
4. Site owner (or WC Vendors?) now uses Paypal (or Stripe) to dish out the commissions to the respective Vendor’s paypal or stripe accounts.
5. Everyone leaves smiling :)?Thanks again, you’ve been extra helpful.
