@Anna sorry bothering you here, its been a while that our activation is not working and there has been no support. No one is bothered to look into the issue. Is it normal.
that’s where we have asked for support, is the support so bad, been waiting for days just get our activation issue resolved, looks like none of the team is willing to answer. Whats happening. We cannot use the plugin after paying. Sick we dont have a ticketing system for such high priced plugin. Is there a way to get refund or cancle the subscription
Don’t they have a direct ticketing system? After paying we are at the mercy of public forum?
How can i resolve the activation issue first. It just wont activate.
And all the other questions can wait.
