    Nothing happens when I add both lines. The PayPal one works fine but when I add the stripe one it just shows the code in line 24-26 on the top of the Add Product page.

    @ben actually I have and was told it was Adaptive Payments which I already knew. They wouldn’t say more than that.

    Anyone?

    Is it possible to have this coded for WC Vendors?

    @ben That’s the issue, I’m not talking about Stripe Checkout here, I know that there is a checkbox for it. But this is the regular checkout with CC fields on the payment page. There is no checkbox there for “Remember Me” so the customer doesn’t get to choose whether they want that token to be stored or not. It gets stored either way.

    @ben
    Still not answered. Theoretically if a database is comprimised, those tokens can be used to make charges on customer’s credit cards. Am I right or wrong? My question is, how do I forcefully remove this part about storing tokens once a charge has been made?

    Now another for 1000 USD. @ben are you sure you won’t be developing a standalone plugin like the Stripe one for this cause? I’d hate to be spending thousands when others will be able to spend 50-100 for one..

    One hell of a dilemma

    So far ive gotten one offer (or estimate) at 1200 USD on Codeable.

    @ben I’m definitely looking at the 2) option. I’m checking Codeable now as I’m writing this.

    @ben Why not make a plugin like the Stripe one but for Crypto Currency. I’m sure the community would be interested even if it cost $99 or over.

    @digitalchild
    I’m not based in the U.S. What is EC Payments if I may ask?

    I am excited to see what gateways are introduced in the future. Whether PayPal bails on me or not I’m done with them.

    Is it possible to do this with Stripe Connect?

    @digitalchild

    I don’t mind doing the latter and create an internal currency. I just feel like there are less liabilities when you’re not holding other people’s money especially when it comes to tax agencies (IRS etc), collecting information and whatnot. I might be wrong but alot of people like being paid instantly too. It’s something I get asked about from time to time by potential customers.

    I’d probably move on to just using Stripe for Instant Payouts, or change the entire structure. Either way, we’ll cross that bridge when we get there.

    Stripe is a good option but losing PayPal is really bad. Damn, oh well, **** them and their fees which they won’t be getting more of when they drop it.

    I’m sorry for lashing out on you @ben. I guess losing a few customers does that but nonetheless the issue is resolved an onwards we go.

    You sir are a good person. Someone decided to delete my posts because they felt like blaming our websites for their own mistakes. Anyways THE SOLUTION IS PEOPLE IS TWO POSTS ABOVE MINE!

    plugins>wc-vendors>classes>gateways>PayPal_AdvPayments>paypal_ap.php

    Search “https://www.paypal.com/webscr&cmd=” and replace the “&” with “?” and it should work!

    All credits go to the above user.

    Trust me, not much has changed without plugin updates from WooCommerce. This just started happening, sometimes it works, sometimes it takes the user to the PayPal homepage. There has been plenty of complaints from this..

    @ben nothing much, I added a character output with the help of Anna to the shop description if you’re referring to plugin changes. Also updated a few plugins recently like WooCommerce and that’s all.

    It never used to be like this

    It used to work just fine. I tried it with another Vendor’s products and it worked, but for certain Vendors it won’t.

    Is anybody else experiencing this? When I checkout with a product while not being logged in to PayPal it will only redirect me to the PayPal.com homepage like the checkout never happened..

    Logged in with PayPal and tried again now it redirected to PayPal checkout page. This is too bad for conversions. It will only work if the user is already logged in through PayPal, if they are not it will only redirect them to the PayPal homepage on checkout.

    Just noticed a bug with this @fervous

    So after I added this I noticed the entire single product page changed according to what the vendor of that page did with his shop description. So lets say he wrote something in BOLD TEXT what happens is the whole single product page including the text on the WooCommerce tabs become bold aswell. This only applies to the single product page of the vendor’s own products.

    @ben I understand Ben but I was thinking like why don’t you make a version for WC Vendors Pro users that supports chained payments? Is it not possible? That way we can all benefit from this as I’m sure many people are concerned about PayPal fees because it doesn’t really matter if I take $1 in fees or $2 when PayPal has taken their cut there is barely anything left there and you know it better than anyone else. I’m greedier than PayPal but it’s just that if you take $1 in fees and PayPal has to take their cut from not only you but the vendor aswell it’ll piss alot of people off.

    So is it possible that we can have a chained payments supported version?

    @ben my customers are redirected to checkout instantly after clicking add to cart. That’s not my problem. I’m talking about Vendors.

    http://proserveweb.com/create-woocommerce-link-add-product-cart-redirect-checkout/

    I want there to be a link like that under each Vendor Product (with each products unique product ID ofc) in the frontend product management page. So that they can copy it and send it to a friend or something.
